Three Russian women kill paedophile

St Petersburg News.Net Wednesday 2nd May, 2012

Three Russian women have been charged with assaulting a suspected paedophile and battering him to death, officials said.

The attack took place during a drinking party at a private home in Kushva town in Sverdlovsk region, after a nine-year-old girl complained that one of the male guests had sexually abused her.

One man was also allegedly involved in the murder, the investigative committee said.

The suspected paedophile died as a result of a fatal head injury caused by the girl's mother, two other women and a man with a criminal record.

The four are facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
